NON-IMMIGRANT VISAS

Does Everyone Need to Make an Appointment to Apply for a Visa?

An interview is required for almost all applicants. However, you may apply by mail if you are:

  • 13 years of age or younger,

  • 80 years of age or older,

  • An applicant for a diplomatic or official visa,

  • An applicant for the treaty trader or investor visa (who will be contacted for an interview after review of the documentation)

You may mail the required documentation to the following address. If there are any questions about your application, you may be asked to appear for an interview after initial review of your application. Send to:
