THIS IS NOT AN APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE SYSTEM FOR TOURISM VISAS


This form is for people who have already booked appointments (with the exception of international travelers in Spain) and are requesting an appointment change for an emergency
. Due to the high volume of applications, we will not be able to expedite any appointments for tourist travel. All requests, whether approved or denied will receive a response. If your request could not be accommodated, please do not repeat your request.

In your on-line request for the appointment, briefly explain your situation in the box marked “Comments.”

The following information must be presented at the time of your visa interview:

For business travel, please provide a letter from the company in the United States, purpose of travel, and required dates of travel.

For medical-related travel, please provide a letter from the U.S. doctor or hospital with a brief explanation of the patient’s condition and the date of the appointment at the hospital. In case of a death or other medical emergency in the family, please provide details, including the relationship and relevant documentation.

For petition-based applicants. Please provide DHS petition number.

For international travelers in Spain that have had their passports lost or stolen and who already had a valid visa and plans to travel to the United States before the next appointment available, please bring a police report at the time of the interview.

Do not submit this form if you are one of the following cases:

Students (F, J, or M visa applicants) who will miss the start of their courses if they wait for the next available appointment and who already have the I-20 or DS-2019 form.

Crew members “tripulantes” based in Spain who need to travel before the first available appointment.

In this case, please contact the Call Center which will inform you whether it is possible to obtain an earlier appointment.
